This summer youth can enjoy daily, hands-on, healthy living activities that will create every day healthy habits.  June 1-August 2 videos will be posted daily-even on weekends on the Tennessee 4-H Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Each day will feature a theme.  The themes are Mindful Monday, Tasty Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday, Thankful Thursday, Family Friday, Safety Saturday, and Self-care Saturday.

Youth can earn prizes by engaging in the videos.  For each daily theme youth participate in, they will earn a bead to be able to craft their own bracelet, just like they would do at 4-H camp.

Phasing In

For the past few months all Extension staff members, including 4-H agents have been working remotely.  At this time we are phasing back in to the physical office located at 1331 McArthur Street in Manchester.  The office is still closed to the public, but someone will be at the office Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to answer the phones.  Please call 931-723-5141 if you need to reach an agent.  For immediate assistance related to 4-H, you can email me at jmatthe1@utk.edu or Anna Duncan at aduncan@utk.edu.  We are here and happy to serve Coffee County!
