Further information has been gathered on the child murder case in Manchester, involving a five week old baby and his father.

Gavin Clark, 21, of 1313 McArthur Drive faces charges of felony first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse in the death of his five-week-old son, Noah.

Clark could face changes to the current charges, or more charges once the case is further investigated.

Clark’s father stated that the father tripped on a toy at the top of the stairs, causing him to trip and drop the child.

As of yet, no word from the medical examiner’s office on the preliminary report, but it is expected soon.

It is said that the child passed due to blunt force trauma resulting in a fatal closed head injury.

The is an on-going investigation. Clark is to appear in court on January 28th. 2020.
