Coffee County Schools will be offering online registration for students for the 2020-21 school year, which will allow parents to save time and reduce the amount of paperwork involved in registration. Hard copies of documents such as birth certificates, immunization records, and proofs of residency will still be required, but may instead be uploaded or brought to the students’ zoned school in person.

Registration will be live beginning July 1st, 2020, and will be divided into two groups; new parents and existing parents. Incoming kindergarten student parents will be required to complete registration at your zoned school on August 3rd, unless your child attended Pre-K in Coffee County Schools, then the student will fall under the existing parent category. If you have questions regarding Kindergarten pre-registration, please contact your child’s school on May 12th-14th or Central Office (931)723-5150. Fill out the Kindergarten pre-registration form here.

If you are out of zone, you may fill out an Out of Zone Request here. You must fill out a request for each individual child you are registering.

For existing parents, you will be able to access ParentVUE accounts to review or update any information, and complete new academic year forms by logging in and choosing ‘Online Registration’ for the 20-21 school year. Beginning July 1st, new parents will be able to access ParentVUE to create a new account After the steps to create an account are completed, a confirmation email will be sent that will then prompt you to complete the process. The district will then review registration, and contact parents if any further information is needed. Access ParentVue here. Enrollment will not be considered complete until all enrollment requirements and supporting documents are satisfied.

A detailed guideline of the registration process will be available on www.coffeecountyschools.com on July 1st.

“Coffee County Schools understands this unprecedented time can present many challenges and obstacles for students and families. Coffee County Schools’ Student Support Services Team has been working in solidarity with the community to meet the needs of students and families. These efforts stem from our school nutrition team preparing and serving meals; student support delivering basic necessities to families; and providing continuous resources and support through this challenging time. To further address those efforts, we have created a form for families to fill out if they find themselves in need. Once the form is completed, a member of our Student Support Services Team will be in contact to further address your needs.”
