Coffee County Schools have released the COVID-19 Transportion Guidelines, which can be found below, or at www.coffeecountyschools.com at the “Coffee County Schools COVID-19 Response” link.
- Families need to check their child’s temperature before sending them to school. Temperatures at or above 100.4 are considered elevated, and students need to remain at home.
- Buses will be disinfected at least twice each day after the morning and evening run.
- Windows will remain lowered in transit to allow additional air flow.
- Temperatures will be taken when students enter the bus.
- Hand sanitizer will be available and encouraged.
- The use of masks on the bus is strongly encouraged.
- Family units will be asked to sit together to maximize spacing between others.
