This afternoon, the Tennessee Department of Health reports a total confirmed COVID-19 case county of 395 for Coffee County. There are 219 known active cases, 174 recoveries, and 2 deaths in the county so far. 8,288 tests adminstered in Coffee County are reported as having negative results.
Currently, Coffee County is still in the “minimal” spread category in order for schools to remain on a traditional schedule. If the active case rate in Coffee County is equal to 0.5%-1.0% of Coffee County’s population, the schools will operate on a hybrid model.
