City Meeting to Address Vacancy in Mayor’s Position Monday

The City of Manchester Board of Mayor and Alderman will host a special board meeting called by Vice Mayor Howard on Monday, October 19th to address the vacancy in the Office of Mayor following the unfortunate passing of City Mayor Lonnie Norman.
