The Tennessee Department of Health has released the daily numbers for COVID-19 cases across the state. Coffee county is up again from yesterday at 17 confirmed cases thus far, 4 of which are deemed recovered. “Laboratory reports of positive cases are reported to metro and local health departments as soon as results are available. State numbers are updated at 2 p.m. CDT daily. There may be a lag in the reporting of cumulative numbers at the state level,” states TDOH.

The Coffee County Health Department is hosting a free testing even this Sunday, April 19th. The event will be a drive-through testing event in which individuals will be tested from their vehicle, and will receive results within 72 hours.
