Walmart and Other Businesses on Lockdown: Tullahoma Shooter at Large

Walmart and other Tullahoma businesses have been placed on lockdown as police search for and identify the suspect in the Northgate Mall shooting. Local Police and Coffee County Sheriff’s Department are both involved in the search for the suspect. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
It is reported that the victim was possibly shot inside the mall near the arcade, after an apparent argument, and flown by helicopter to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The interior of Northgate Mall will remain closed for the remainder of the evening, as a thorough up and investigation is underway. Currently, Burke’s Outlet, JCPenney, Big Lots, Publix, JoAnn Fabric’s and Harbor Freight remain open.
