It Gets Fixed has been closed for the last two weeks, sanitizing and preparing to serve their customers. It Gets Fixed has put preventative measures in place to protect you and safely repair your device.
How It Gets Fixed is staying safe.
It Gets Fixed has put the following protective measures in place, and asks that should you need a repair, to call ahead at (931) 952-5425 prior to bringing your device, so they may intake your information and learn about the repair you may need ahead of time.
- Staff wash hands as soon as they enter the building.
- Staff then wear gloves for the duration of their shift.
- Customer devices are placed in a tote outside the building, then slid under an acrylic shield, making the intake process entirely non-contact.
- Customer devices are then cleaned and sanitized using a minimum of 91% isopropyl alcohol.
- Customer devices are then sanitized a second time before being placed back inside the tote and pushed under the acrylic barrier for pick up.
Free Repairs During COVID-19
It Gets Fixed offers repairs on laptops, desktops, cell phones, and more. Staying connected during a global pandemic is paramount, which is why owner Daniel Prince announced that they will be offering free labor on any repair service during this time. “I’m not kidding, it’s not too good to be true, and we are just charging our parts at cost,” says Prince.
What does that mean? Amid COVID-19 It Gets Fixed will repair your laptop, desktop, cell phone, or other electronic device at no cost to you. Should you need any replacement parts, you will only pay for the part needed at cost. It Gets Fixed understands the need for staying connected and informed during this time, and is offering this service to the community. “I know a lot of people have lost their jobs, or they are at home right now. We are really just trying to do this to help the community bounce back,” states owner and IT specialist Daniel Prince.
It Gets Fixed will be open this week operating under modified hours until further notice.
