Mrs. Amy Lee Duke Sullivan, age 39, of Petersburg, TN passed away from this life on Sunday, April 26, 2020, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Amy was born in Woodstock, IL, the daughter of Larry Duke and Jill Duke. She was a graduate of Coffee County High School and still holds records from when she played fastpitch softball, wearing the #10 jersey. Amy was a great friend, and she was a loving mother, daughter, and sister.
Amy is survived by her parents, Larry Duke and Jill Duke; husband, Michael Sullivan; son, Isaac Whitehead; daughter, Emily Whitehead; brother, Howard James Duke; sisters, Kelly Roche (Samuel) and Casey Duke; nephews, Riley Nance and Case Keele; nieces, Ava Roche and Libby Roche.
