Tullahoma City Schools have partnered with faith-based and community entities, such as Grace Baptist Church and Cedar Lane Church of Christ, to create an opportunity for childcare for working parents of distance learners. “We are extremely thankful for this community partnership; this opportunity is free and available on a first-come, first-serve basis,”state TCS officials.

Parents and families who need childcare due to the change to the hybrid learning model can apply for this program by filling out the Google Form application at. https://bit.ly/CommunityCareApplication. Additionally, there will also be a required Parent Consent & Agreement Form that must be filled out and submitted before students are allowed to participate in this offering. This form can also be found under the Parents & Students tab on the TCS website.

“Families will need to follow individual school procedures for securing any requested technology or packets for Hybrid/Distance Learning before next Monday, 8/17. Parents/Guardians will receive an email for confirmation of student acceptance and location placement before Monday. For additional questions, contact Dr. Shannon Duncan, Director of Student Services, at 931-454-2600.”
